Georgia-based oil and watercolor artist, Margalena Lepore, captures skies because she believes perspective relies on what you choose to focus; for her, it’s about looking up. Not only do skies inspire her work, they play a key role in her passion to facilitate healing by creating scenes that invite one into spaces of rest. Oils enable her to simulate the texture and movement of a storm rolling in or out; to add dimension to the waters and fields which support the skies.
