🧘🏽‍♀️Come along with TCH fam as we give gratitude to our bodies through the art of yoga. Analisa Rockbridge will lead us through our practice in TCH’s studio space. 

🩳Dress comfortably and please bring your own yoga mat/supplies, if you have them. TCH has a limited number of mats for registrants. If you are coming straight from work, we have space for you to change your clothing.

🕰This event will start promptly at 5:30pm, so please arrive on time. If you are no longer able to attend this event, please reach out to dria@thechapterhouse.org, so that we may open your spot to another community member. We appreciate it!

📍The Chapter House, 1770 Glendale Blvd., LA 90026. Please enter on Branden St. Street parking is available on residential streets around TCH.
