Facilitated by Isaac-Michael Ybarra, Zine Collages of the “Future” is a collaborative zine and collage workshop to imagine an intentional future together, where the world we live in is inclusive and decolonized. Isaac-Michael is a Tongva, Chumash, and Xicano poet. His work commits to articulating the stories of Indigenous Peoples from an accurate and ancestral perspective/pedagogy.

This workshop prioritizes Native and Indigenous youth and artists.

Meztli Projects is an Indigenous based arts & culture collaborative centering Indigeneity into the creative practice of Los Angeles by using arts-based strategies to support, advocate for, and organize to highlight Native/Indigenous Artists and systems-impacted youth.
