Are you interested in learning how you can harness your storytelling to create a healthier future? Are you seeking to dismantle dominant narratives and create new stories that better serve people and planet? @planetwomenorg believes that storytelling forges connections between peoples, illuminates problems, and creates social change. Whether you're an emerging or established storyteller or writer, a board member, a communications professional, a grantwriter, a leader, or a student seeking to learn more about the power of words, this workshop is for you! The workshop will be hosted by Kristine Zeigler (@owensrivergirl), Planet Women's CEO and a published writer. You'll also hear from three special co-facilitators! Emma Robbins (@emmarobbinz) and Katie Janss (@katiesjanss) of The Chapter House will share moving oral histories and exercises that bring history and justice to life. Laurie Scheer will present on writing about home and place and will encourage us all to move forward with new stories and new solutions.
