✨ NDN Girls Book Club Launch Event! 📖💖

Join NDN Girls Book Club for their official in-person launch event at Nurture House, co-hosted by Palabras Bookstore and Abalone Mountain Press!

The launch event includes an indoor/outdoor market with booths set up by local literary organizations, small Indigenous-owned businesses, and book stands. NDN Girls Book Club will be distributing free Native-authored books at their booth, as well as hosting author signings by Tanaya Winder, Darcie Little Badger, Tate Walker, Amber McCrary, and more throughout the day. Raffles will also be happening throughout the day!

The event is open to all ages, and books distributed will span picture books, YA, adult fiction, nonfiction, and more! Palabras Bookstore will be open during the event.

Enjoy an open mic co-hosted by ASU Labriola and Tate Walker, which will feature Tanaya Winder, IIWAA, Pte San Win Little Whiteman, student writers, and more! Bring a poem or two to read<3

NDN Girls Book Club brings free literary and writing workshops, Indigenous author talks, programming, and pop-ups to Native peoples, mainly Native youth and girls. We also co-host events that aim to build community for Native art and literature!
