Alima Catellacci
She / Her / Hers
My name is Alima Catellacci. I am a Middle School teacher in Hawaii. I was born and raised here in Hawaii but my father is Italian and my mother is a blend of white European.
I spend my time learning about and tending to the ʻāina (land) that I live on and love very much as well as dedicating much of my free time to cultivating my knowledge of the Indigenous Hawaiian traditions of Hula and agriculture.
I live on the Hamakua coast and am grateful to sit under an important and potent watershed, Mauna A Wakea (Mauna Kea).
